The NFL will host a regular-season game in Madrid for the first time on November 16. Playing in the home of Real Madrid CF will be the Miami Dolphins and Washington Commanders.
The Dolphins leave the country for an eighth season. The news comes after the team missed the playoffs after playing in two consecutive Wild Card games. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa once again dealt with concussions last season but has his hopes set on avoiding head injuries in 2025.
Miami has several weapons to help Tagovailoa. Though Tyreek Hill underwent a wrist procedure, he should still make an impact on the team. De'Von Achane, Jaylen Waddle, and Jonnu Smith will also be available.
