England will kick off their 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup campaign with a fixture against Haiti in Group D.

Sarina Wiegman's side are looking to build on their European Championship victory, where they beat Germany in the final at Wembley Stadium. However, they will be without quite a few key names for the tournament.

This will be Haiti's debut at the Women's World Cup. They qualified for the tournament after beating Chile in the inter-confederation playoff final. Denmark and China are the other two sides in Group D.

The Sporting News looks at the key details as one of the World Cup favourites began their campaign in Australia.
