Tottenham squad 2023/24: Spurs players, contracts, transfer fees, salaries for Premier League club image

Ange Postecoglou is preparing for his first season in charge of Tottenham as the Premier League side looks to get back into the Champions League.

Spurs finished in eighth place last term after a disappointing campaign under Antonio Conte and interim managers Cristian Stellini and Ryan Mason. The north London side will not be in any European competitions this season.

This is Postecoglou's first job in the Premier League as he joins from Scottish champions Celtic. He will have a big task on his hands as many people are expecting another poor season from Spurs.

The Sporting News looks at the Tottenham players contracted for the 2023/24 season.

James Maddison was the first big-name arrival at Spurs in the 2023 summer transfer window. He signed for a reported £39.6 million ($50.3m) from relegated Leicester City to help add to Tottenham's attacking depth.

Guglielmo Vicario, 26, has joined as Spurs' new goalkeeper following Hugo Lloris' request to leave, while Pedro Porro and Dejan Kulusevski have signed permanently after loan spells.

Harry Winks has left the club alongside Lucas Moura, who is now a free agent. Giovani Lo Celso, Bryan Gil and Djed Spence are a number of players set to return from loan spells.

Spurs only have five players in the attacking department at the moment and there are rumours of star player Harry Kane potentially leaving for Bayern Munich. Postecoglou might want to sign at least one more forward.

From their 2023/24 senior squad, five players are academy graduates, including Kane and Oliver Skipp. Captain Hugo Lloris has expressed his desire to leave this summer despite his contract ending at the end of next season, and Inter Milan are said to be interested as they appear ready to sell Andre Onana to Manchester United.

Not including academy players, Lloris is the club's longest-serving player as he joined in 2012 from Lyon. Defenders Ben Davies and Eric Dier both arrived in north London in 2014 from Swansea City and Sporting CP respectively.
