Man United vs. West Ham lineups, predicted starting 11, team news, injuries: Amorim starts Europa League final prep image

Manchester United welcome West Ham to Old Trafford on Sunday for their penultimate home game of the Premier League season.

The Red Devils had the stands rocking on Thursday as they survived a nervy first hour against Athletic Club before winning their UEFA Europa League semifinal second leg 4-1.

That 7-1 aggregate victory set up a final date with Tottenham on May 21, and head coach Ruben Amorim is understandably making that game his top priority, meaning another much-changed lineup is expected this weekend.

West Ham sit two points behind United in the table and could see this game as an opportunity to leapfrog their opponents in the standings, although a run of eight games without a win does not inspire great confidence.

Amorim has made it clear he will not take any risks with player fitness before the Europa League final, so this weekend is likely to see the same sort of heavy rotation as the loss to Brentford last time out.

Harry Maguire sustained a knock on Thursday and will probably be rested, while Noussair Mazraoui and Alejandro Garnacho, who were substituted due to fatigue, will probably drop to the bench.

Mason Mount could get a start after his brilliant two-goal cameo against Athletic, while youngsters including Harry Amass and Chido Obi could come into the XI.

Man United predicted lineup (3-4-2-1, right to left): Onana (GK) — Fredricson, Yoro, Shaw Dorgu, Ugarte, Mainoo, Amass — Mount, Amad Diallo — Obi

Injured: Martinez (knee), Zirkzee (hamstring), Dalot (calf), Heaven (leg), De Ligt (undisc.), Collyer (undisc., doubt), Maguire (knock, doubt)
Suspended: None

Graham Potter said last week that he was hopeful Edson Alvarez could return at Old Trafford after missing three games with a back injury.

Michail Antonio and Crysencio Summerville will not play again until next season, but otherwise, the Hammers have a largely clean bill of health.

West Ham predicted lineup (3-4-2-1, right to left): Areola (GK) — Todibo, Kilman, Cresswell — Wan-Bissaka, Soucek, Paqueta, Emerson — Bowen, Kudus — Fullkrug

Injured: Antonio (leg), Summerville (thigh), Alvarez (back, doubt)
Suspended: None
