Brazil vs Mexico tickets at Texas A&M: Cost, cheapest price to watch 2024 friendly at Kyle Field

The Brazilian National Team begins preparations for the 2024 Copa America in the U.S. with what could be a record-setting match in Texas. 

Brazil is set to take on Mexico at Texas A&M's Kyle Field on Saturday, June 8 in College Station, Texas. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. local time, 8:30 p.m. ET.  

TUDN reported that organizers are trying to break the U.S. record for attendance at a soccer game, which is currently at 109,318. The record attendance at Kyle Field is 110,633 for an SEC Football game in 2014, meaning that fans could witness soccer history if the organizers can match that stadium record. 

Brazil is entering the summer friendly match coming off a big win at England and a wild 3-3 draw at Spain in their first action against European opposition since the 2022 World Cup. Featuring new lineups and players under new coach Dorival Jr., Brazil appears to have found a solid attacking formula with Vinicius Jr. on the left, Rodrygo on the right, and perhaps 17-year-old Endrick down the middle. 

Mexico meanwhile will be under a lot of pressure to perform, after losing a third-straight CONCACAF Nations League final to the U.S. Men's National Team in March.

Currently with two friendly matches on the calendar against Mexico and the U.S. Men's National Team, Brazil then faces Costa Rica, Paraguay, and Colombia in the Copa America group stage. If they make it to the final, they could play as many as eight games this summer.

Mexico 2024 Summer Schedule

El Tri will play a minimum of six matches across the U.S. between friendly matches and the 2024 Copa America, potentially increasing to nine matches if they make the Copa America final. 

Ahead of Copa America, Mexico will play a trio of friendly matches — against Bolivia in Chicago, Uruguay in Denver, Colo. and against Brazil in College Station, Texas to prepare for the big tournament. And then, Mexico has group stage matches against Jamaica, Venezuela, and Ecuador in Copa America, with the knockout round to follow if El Tri qualifies.
