Bodo/Glimt vs. Tottenham final score: UEFA Europa League semifinal second leg result, stats, highlights as Spurs reach final image

Tottenham reached the final of the UEFA Europa League for the first time since 1984 after a professional display saw them beat Bodo/Glimt 2-0 in Norway on Thursday.

Goals from Dominic Solanke and Pedro Porro secured a 5-1 aggregate victory and set up a final showdown with Manchester United in Bilbao.

Bodo/Glimt carried a threat and were tidy on the ball in torrential rain in the Arctic Circle, but Spurs displayed the sort of disciplined defensive nous that has eluded them throughout much of a largely awful 2024/25 season.

Solanke then pounced at a dead ball, prodding home from close range after Cristian Romero headed a deep delivery back into the danger zone.

Porro then made absolutely sure of Spurs' progress, his cross from the right looping up and over goalkeeper Nikita Khaikin and in off the far post.

Ange Postecoglou watched on with pride as his players eased through the closing stages while the travelling fans celebrated in the uncovered away stand. They will now prepare for a first European final since losing the 2019 Champions League showpiece to Liverpool.

Standing in their way of a first trophy since 2008 — and a place in next season's Champions League — will be a United side also desperate to end the season on a high after a miserable Premier League campaign.
