The Tennessee Titans haven't done a lot right in recent years, but Dan from the team's ticket office just hit a home run.

The Titans decided to fire head coach Brian Callahan on Monday in a move that was long overdue. Safe to say, fans are ecstatic about the decision and now there is hope for the future.

In the wake of the Callahan firing, a friend of Titans beat writer Paul Kuharsky received a hilarious message from someone named Dan at the team's ticket office.

Back in September, when Callahan still had the job, Kuharsky's friend was sent a text from Dan asking about buying PSLs (Public Seat Licenses) for the new stadium, to which Kuharsky's friend responded, "I'm in, if Brian Callahan is fired."

Well, after the Titans cut Callahan loose, Dan made sure to check back in to see if Kuharsky's friend was now interested after getting what he asked for.

Get Dan a raise, immediately.

In fact, give him a head-coach interview. That is pure gold right there.

The Titans' recent organizational ineptitude comes at a terrible time, as the team is in the process of trying to sell PSLs for the New Nissan Stadium that is slated to open in February 2027.

At this rate, the only reason to go pay for a ticket will be to experience the new stadium. Beyond that, there isn't a lot of motivation for fans to spend their money.

That's got to change, and the Titans can do that by making the right hire at head coach after striking out miserably with Callahan over a seasno-plus.
