The San Francisco 49ers made a big splash during the NFL Draft when they selected Georgia pass rusher Mykel Williams in the first round.
San Francisco already has one of the best pass rushers in the NFL, Nick Bosa, and now the team could have the best pass-rushing duo in the league.
Since the 49ers decided to draft Williams, other defensive line players could be looking for a new home this summer. Kristopher Knox from Bleacher Report thinks Yetur Gross-Matos could be cut this offseason.
"The San Francisco 49ers signed edge-defender Yetur Gross-Matos to a two-year, $18 million contract last offseason," Knox wrote. "While he logged a respectable four sacks and six tackles for loss last season, he'll be bumped down the depth chart by rookie first-round pick Mykel Williams. San Francisco, which has already parted with several pricey veterans this offseason, could save $4.8 million by releasing Gross-Matos."
Gross-Matos played for the 49ers for one season and recorded four sacks, the second-highest total for a single season in his career.

The 49ers should wait to see how training camp goes before parting ways with the five-year veteran, just in case injuries happen and the team needs more bodies.
