The Dolphins host the Patriots for an AFC East divisional matchup in Week 2 of the 2025 NFL season at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami on Sunday.

New England's new era under head coach Mike Vrabel started on a disappointing note, as they lost 20-13 to the Raiders in their season opener. Meanwhile, the Dolphins fared even worse, getting blown out 33-8 by the Colts.

Patriots' second-year quarterback Drake Maye went 30 of 46 passes for 287 yards with a touchdown and an interception, starting strong in the first half before fading after halftime.

On the other hand, Miami's Tua Tagovailoa looked out of place and committed three turnovers in the game -- the seventh such game of his career. He didn't complete a single pass under pressure and more concerning, both of his interceptions came on plays where he faced no pressure from the Colts' defense.
