The Cowboys welcome the Giants in the Week 2 matchup of the 2025 NFL schedule at the AT&T Stadium on Sunday.

In their season-opener against the Eagles, Jalen Carter was ejected for spitting on quarterback Dak Prescott just a few seconds into the game. The Cowboys marched 53 yards in three minutes and scored on their first four possessions.

However, without star defensive end Micah Parson -- who was traded to the Packers -- the Cowboys defense struggled, surrendering three straight touchdowns before improving on the pressure in the second half. But it wasn't enough as the defending champions managed to take a narrow 24-20 win.

Meanwhile, the Giants limp into Week 2 after a 21-6 trouncing at the hands of the Commanders. New York's offense crossed the midfield only three times, managing two field goals and a turn over on downs.

Next, they are setting up for another NFC East divisional clash against the Cowboys with both teams desperate to avoid a 0-2 start to the new campaign.
