Though both teams are 1-1, Buffalo and Washington arrived there very differently.

The Bills lost a heartbreaker to the Steelers in Week 1 after Ben Roethlisberger orchestrated a 17-point fourth-quarter comeback. But Buffalo turned it up offensively and defensively in Week 2, playing a much more well-rounded game and shutting out Miami 35-0. The Bills' defense registered six sacks and an interception while on offense Zack Moss and Devin Singeltary combined for three rushing touchdowns.

Washington has played in two close games — a 20-16 loss in Week 1 to the Chargers and a wild, headline-grabbing win over the Giants 30-29 in Week 2 on Thursday night.

WFT has been led on offense by Taylor Heinicke, who first rose to prominence in last year's playoffs. The Old Dominion grad was thrust into the starting role after Ryan Fitzpatrick's injury in Week 1 and did a serviceable job, completing 34-of-46 passes for 336 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.

The Bills open as 7-point favorites according to FanDuel, with the over/under set at 45.5 in a game where two of the league's better defenses could be on full display
