The Bills were one of the best stories of the 2020 NFL season. Finishing with a double-digit win campaign for the second straight year, Buffalo raced its way into the AFC Championship game with eight straight victories, tying its longest win streak in franchise history.

The Bills fell to the Chiefs in the AFC championship game, though it appears that Buffalo has its best football on the horizon. Four of its five Pro Bowlers return from last season, including second-team All-Pro quarterback Josh Allen, who set franchise records for passing yards (4,544) and touchdowns (37) in 2020.

That positive outlook does not look to be the same for the Steelers, who sputtered after an 11-0 start in 2020 with four losses in their last five games.

Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is now 39 years old, and time is running out for him to make a playoff push. The Steelers have not won a postseason game since 2016 and have the league’s hardest strength of schedule, according to CBS Sports, with 10 contests against playoff teams from last season.

Pittsburgh’s difficult slate will begin against Buffalo, which defeated it 26-15 at Bills Stadium on Dec. 13 last season. Pittsburgh leads the all-time series between the two teams, 16-11, and won 11 of 12 meetings before its latest losses in 2019 and 2020.
