New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields is expected to start Monday night's game against the Miami Dolphins, head coach Aaron Glenn said ahead of Saturday's practice.
"Justin is playing," Glenn told reporters.
Fields has cleared the NFL's concussion protocol.
"If he's cleared, he's the starter," Glenn said earlier in the week, and Fields has now met that condition.
The Jets are looking for their first win of the season. Backup Tyrod Taylor started last Sunday's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The game is on Monday at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
