The New York Jets were embarrassed in Week 14 against the Miami Dolphins, losing 34-10.

Miami has played its best football over the past four weeks, now winning four straight.

However, losing by 24 points at home against a division rival is simply unacceptable for the Jets.

There are a few factors to consider for the Jets, and one of them is obviously the injuries they’ve dealt with on both sides of the football.

Unfortunately, Garrett Wilson hasn’t been on the field much this season, last appearing in a game on Nov. 9 and really not playing since Oct. 12 against the Denver Broncos.

There’s a possibility Wilson will return for the remainder of the season, with some hoping he’ll be back in Week 15 against the Jacksonville Jaguars

When speaking to reporters about what the decision is going to be, Aaron Glenn still didn’t have the perfect answer Jets fans are looking for.

“Those conversations will be with the doc and be with Garrett, and once we nail down those conversations, a decision will be made after that,” Glenn told reporters.

There’s a side of the story that suggests the Jets would be better off not playing Wilson for the remainder of the season.

With only four games remaining, if there’s any possibility of him further aggravating the injury, there wouldn’t be much reason to play him.
