Tyrone Tracy injury update: Latest news on Giants RB's status in Week 13 game image

The New York Giants have an injury concern with running back Tyrone Tracy in the second half of the Week 13 game against the New England Patriots.

Tracy got banged-up in the fourth quarter after taking a big hit on a carry. He stayed down on the field after the play and is now being tended to.

Prior to his injury, Tracy had 10 carries for 36 yards and one catch for -3 yards.

UPDATE: After Tracy was carted to the locker room, the Giants revealed he is dealing with a hip injury and is questionable to return.

UPDATE: Tracy is being carted off to the locker room. The Athletic's Dan Duggan noted that Tracy couldn't put any weight on his leg, so that appears to be his injury.

We're still waiting for an update from the team.

Tracy looked like he took a shot to the head. The ESPN broadcast revealed Tracy tried to leave the field under his own power but his leg buckled on the way off, so it could be a leg issue, also.
