Cam Skattebo wasn't always destined to be an NFL star.
But he has always run with the football in his hands like the Tasmanian Devil whipping his way through the Looney Tunes.
That was true even when Skattebo was at Sacramento State, before he got to Arizona State and then to the NFL's New York Giants.
And one highlight from those Sac State began to make the rounds on social media Thursday night. Skattebo shone brightly on a national stage, rushing for three touchdowns in the Giants' win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
That prompted this throwback clip:
My favorite Cam Skattebo highlight was when he played at Sacramento State.

MORE: Giants' Jaxson Dart, Cam Skattebo era has officially arrived
Skattebo doesn't look as built there as he is now, but it's unmistakably him. There's no one in football who runs with quite the ferocity of Skattebo.
It's hard to even come up with metaphors. There's just no one like him.
It's an exciting time for the Giants. They've got rookie QB Jaxson Dart showing out alongside Skattebo, his fellow rookie.
Maybe this won't be the year it results in the playoffs, but there's a bright future here.
And as long as Skattebo runs like the world depends on it, good things will keep happening.
