The New England Patriots have the primetime spotlight shining down on them Thursday night.

It's Week 11's opening game, a Thursday Night Football clash with the divisional rival New York Jets on Amazon Prime Video.

And for the occasion, the Pats have broken out new uniforms.

They're a sharp look, on display for the first time, and New England will hope it's a winning color combination.

Why are the Patriots wearing new Nor'Easter uniforms?

The Patriots are wearing new threads as part of the NFL's "Rivalries" series.

The league released new look for a number of teams this season, and a lot of them are being debuted in primetime games.

These uniforms have what they're calling a "Storm Blue" colorway.

Here's a look:

According to USA Today: "A new 'NE' logo on the sleeves serves as a clean double entendre. Silver striping on the shoulders and pants is meant to represent beams from a lighthouse, like the one built into Gillette Stadium's superstructure and also have an embedded netting pattern in honor of the area's fishermen. Six red stars embroidered around the jersey's neckline represent New England's six states and the organization's half-dozen (for now) Lombardi Trophies."
