Fox NFL analyst and future Hall of Famer Tom Brady sat down with comedian Kevin Hart on his new talk show series “Cold as Balls” where celebrity guests and Hart sit in a bucket of ice while doing an interview.

The pair talked about numerous topics, including his infamous roast, which happened right after his divorce.

While Brady said he enjoyed the roast, he also explained why it hurt his kids.

"What everyone has to realize is like, I was in a locker room for 28 years of my life," Brady said. "And the only thing we do in locker rooms are roast each other.”

Brady said he didn’t think at the time how the roast would impact his children. He also had to deal with his ex, Gisele Bündchen, who reports claim was also upset with the roast

"The only thing that was hard for me was like: I have kids that, you know, it hurts their feelings," he said. "I didn't think about those things, and I learned a lesson."

He went on to say that despite that, he still loves to laugh and thinks it’s the best medicine.

"I do think laughter is the best form of medicine for all of us," Brady said. "I think when I've been going through a lot of hard times in my life, I've always went to comedy and laughter."

Hart praised Brady for being a trooper through all of it.

"For you, the poster boy, the perfect guy, Tom perfect Brady, it was dope to see you take that stage and deal with the roast at the level you did," Hart said to Brady.
