After taking care of the football in the Week 3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, Minnesota Vikings quarterback Carson Wentz couldn't replicate that performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers

The Vikings fell 24-21 to the Steelers on Sunday at Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland. Wentz went 30-for-46 on his passes, leading to 350 passing yards and two touchdowns. However, the veteran signal caller had two interceptions.

Despite the two turnovers from Wentz, Minnesota did have an opportunity to tie the game late to send it to overtime. Nonetheless, that effort was to no avail.

Vikings QB Carson Wentz talks loss to Steelers

After the loss to the Steelers, Wentz spoke to the media in Dublin and gave honest thoughts on his performance.

"At the end of the day, we lost," Wentz said postgame. "That's all I care about. That's all I'm concerned about—got a bad taste in my mouth. The defense stepped up when we needed them at the end, got us the ball back. In those situations, it pains me to be left out on the field with the chance and come up short.

"So I'm not here to evaluate the rest of the play. We had some chances. A couple of tip, pics, those suck. [I am] not going to lie, those are tough. We had some decent momentum going on a couple of drives. Yeah, that was tough. But at the end of the day, we lost, and that's all that matters."

The Vikings will remain across the pond, but this time they will travel to London for their second straight international game.

Moreover, Minnesota will be looking to get back over .500 and avoid returning to the United States with a 2-3 record. They will also play a third straight AFC North team when they face the Cleveland Browns at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
