If there's one thing Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh does consistently, it's dropping epic quotes.

Whether he's talking about a specific player or the entire team, Harbaugh is always over the top in his comments, but that's one thing we love about him.

We saw that again on Monday night after the Chargers toppled the Philadelphia Eagles in overtime, 22-19.

When talking about the game, Harbaugh compared the elation of winning the contest versus the Eagles to the birth of his children and getting married.

“I’d put it in the discussion of the birth of my seven children, my marriage, you know? In the conversation," Harbaugh said. "Just joyful, joyous and the Biblical definition of that is just overflowing with joy.”

It's easy to see why Harbaugh is so hyped.

The Chargers did not come close to playing their best game offensively, but they did enough on that side of the ball thanks to an outstanding showing from the defense.

And, by all accounts, quarterback Justin Herbert came out of the contest unscathed after entering it with a broken bone in his hand, although there were definitely some scary moments for the Chargers signal-caller, who took plenty of hits.

With the win, the Chargers kept pace with the first-place Denver Broncos in the AFC West, and Los Angeles also has a grip on the top wild-card spot.

According to the New York Times Playoff Simulator, the Chargers have a 78% chance to make the playoffs, but just a 13% chance to win the division.

Los Angeles draws a matchup against a desperate Kansas City Chiefs team in Week 15 on the road, while the Broncos have a difficult game against the Green Bay Packers at home.
