Patrick Mahomes' children are named Sterling and Bronze.

The Mahomes children are named:

  • Sterling Skye Mahomes
  • Patrick "Bronze" Lavon Mahomes III
  • Golden Raye Mahomes

Patrick III, the son, doesn't legally have Bronze in his name. However, the Mahomes family has referred to him as such since they first posted a picture of him on Instagram, so it's considered valid.

Sterling was born on Feb. 20, 2021.

Patrick was born on Nov. 28, 2022.

Golden was born on Jan. 12, 2025.

Mahomes kids' metallic names' origin

The origin of these metallic names predates the kids.

Patrick and Brittany got their first dog together in college, named Steel.

When they got their second dog, it got the name Silver.

The couple wanted family names that followed a theme. In this case, that theme is metals.
