Kareem Hunt is one half of the Kansas City Chiefs' running back duo, along with Isiah Pacheco.

It has been tough sledding for the Chiefs' rushing attack through five games, as Patrick Mahomes is the team's leading rusher.

Meanwhile, Hunt and Pacheco entered the Monday night game against the Detroit Lions averaging 3.8 and 4.2 yards per carry, respectively, partly because of poor blocking upfront.

So far in Week 6, Hunt if off to a very quiet start. Here's a look at what's going on.

Hunt caught a pass from Mahomes that went for 11 yards. That said, Pacheco continues to dominate snaps over Hunt.

UPDATE: Hunt has finally garnered his first touches of the night on the Chiefs' second offensive series of the game.

Yes, Hunt is active and in the lineup and he did see snaps on the Chiefs' first drive, but he didn't get any touches. 

However, the Chiefs went heavy with Pacheco on the series, so Hunt didn't get many chances to touch the football. We'll see if that changes moving forward.
