Christian Watson just secured a solid new payday.
On Tuesday, Watson agreed to a one-year, $13.25 million contract extension with the Packers, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Watson is currently injured, and was previously in the final year of his rookie contract. Now, he knows where he'll be playing in 2026.
But how soon will he be playing this season?

Is Christian Watson playing tonight?
No, Christian Watson is not playing on Thursday Night Football in Week 2 against the Washington Commanders.
He's recovering from a torn ACL from the 2024 regular season finale.
How long is Christian Watson out?
Christian Watson is out, at minimum, through four games.
He was placed on the physically unable to perform list before the season, meaning he can't play in Weeks 1-4.
But with his torn ACL coming at the end of last season, it could be a longer absence for Watson.
He's trying to get back as fast as possible.
"After that fourth game I'm sure he's going to be chomping at the bit, and it's going take a lot of us to hold him back," GM Brian Gutekunst told reporters in August.
