The Detroit Lions got some tough news on defensive back Terrion Arnold. After clearing the NFL’s concussion protocol and getting in limited work during Week 13, things seemed to be trending in the right direction. But a new shoulder issue surfaced after the game, keeping him out of Monday’s practice.
Per Tom Pelissero, the Lions are placing Arnold on injured reserve, sidelining him for at least four games. That means he’ll be unavailable for Thursday’s pivotal NFC matchup against the red-hot Cowboys passing attack.
It’s a tough break for Detroit’s secondary, especially with Dallas catching fire through the air.
