By now, most people who follow the Dallas Cowboys know that superstar kicker Brandon Aubrey began his athletic career as a really good soccer player.
Aubrey was so good at soccer that he played collegiately at Notre Dame and then was drafted into Major League Soccer.
It's no surprise, given Aubrey's booming right leg, that he could get it done on the pitch, too.
But a recently surfaced clip proclaims that Aubrey's soccer "specialty" didn't even have to do with kicking.

As a defender, Aubrey likely spent plenty of time clearing the ball away with his strong right leg.
But clearly, he could get the job done in the attacking phase of play, too. That's quite the jump and firm header.
Aubrey ended his college career as a third-team All-American at Notre Dame.

From there, Aubrey was then a first-round draft pick into Major League Soccer by Toronto FC. He never appeared in a game for Toronto's first team.
When his soccer career ended, Aubrey took up kicking, training with former Mississippi State kicker Brian Egan.
In 2022, he made it to the USFL with the Birmingham Stallions, and he spent two seasons in that spring league.
The Cowboys signed him for the 2023 NFL season, and he has been a star from the moment he arrived.
