Sean McDermott broke out a new look on Monday Night Football.

Early on, though, it wasn’t working well for the Buffalo Bills against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6.

McDermott was wearing glasses. It’s not something he normally does. It’s definitely a change.

Why is Sean McDermott wearing glasses?

It’s not clear why McDermott is wearing clear eyeglasses on MNF.

During the summer, he wears sun glasses to protect his eyes from multiple forms of skin cancer.

But these are just apparent eyeglasses.

Maybe McDermott’s contact lenses were just acting up on Monday.

The problem is he’s got a great view of the Bills giving up a big start to the Falcons.

If McDermott is superstitious, it’ll be interesting to see if the glasses stick around.

The Bills gave up three early touchdown drives to Atlanta. Buffalo’s offense wasn’t stringing together drives, either.

It wasn’t exactly a pretty sight.
