The Buffalo Bills have suffered their first loss of the 2025 season at the hands of the New England Patriots 23-20. The Bills had one of their sloppiest performances of the Josh Allen era.

The Bills entered the game having just turned the ball over one time in the first four games of the season - they had three turnovers against New England, one of which was a Josh Allen red zone interception. Allen was very candid after the game in addressing the offensive performance.

"That was piss poor offense," Allen said via Matthew Bove.

The Bills have looked stagnant offensively in recent weeks, but played poor teams and were still able to put up 30+ points in spite of those struggles. Playing a better team with better coaches finally caught up with them. The Bills will go on the road for the first time in a month next week when they play the Atlanta Falcons on Monday night.
