James Cook injury update: Latest news on Buffalo Bills RB's status in Week 1 game image

It appears that running back James Cook is dealing with an injury in the first half of the Week 1 game between the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens.

It isn't clear what Cook is dealing with, but he was spotted coming out of the blue medical tent, The Buffalo News' Katherine Fitzgerald reported.

Before his injury, Cook had tallied four carries for 10 yards.

UPDATE: Cook has returned to the game after his trip to the tent.

As we previously stated, Cook was spotted coming out of the medical tent, but his injury and status remains uncertain at this time.

We'll update this page once there's news on Cook.

If Cook doesn't come back into the game, fellow running backs Ray Davis and Ty Johnson will have to pick up the slack.
