Bills' James Cook sets career record on incredible joystick touchdown run vs. Jets image

James Cook broke out the joystick.

He looked to be caught in traffic as the Buffalo Bills took on the New York Jets in Week 2 on Sunday.

But then Cook found a ridiculous change of direction from left to right, and then hit hit the turbo button.

See ya.

A remarkable 44 yards later, Cook was into the end zone for a Bills touchdown.

It had a case as the best run of his career.

He had never had this many yards after contact on one touchdown run.

ESPN's Rich Cimini shared this stat:

"Cook had 40 rushing yards after first contact on his TD rush; the most such yards he's had on a TD rush in his career, per NFL Research."

It was Cook's second TD of the day as the Bills jumped out to a 20-0 lead on the Jets.
