The main message I had to the Buffalo Bills after their superb win over the Kansas City Chiefs was not to waste that win.

After such an impressive performance against their biggest rivals, a game against the lowly 2-7 Miami Dolphins was up next -- warning bells should have been loud and clear. Don't play with your food.

But the Bills did, and to Miami's credit, it played well and easily accounted for Buffalo in a 30-13 win, something not many expected.

And as a result, the Bills, in Eric Edholm's latest power rankings for NFL.com, has Buffalo dropping five spots to No. 9 and barely hanging onto its top 10 status.

“What exactly should we do with the Bills? They followed up arguably their most important victory of the season with their biggest dud by a mile,” Edholm writes. “There are enough games left on the schedule to right the ship, but the Patriots are threatening to run away with the AFC East.”

When will Dalton Kincaid be back?

The star tight end suffered a hamstring injury in the loss to the Dolphins, and post-game head coach Sean McDermott said Kincaid would be "week to week," so that tells us the injury isn't as bad as it looked.

Still, hamstrings are really good after one week, unless Dalton suffered a very minor strain, but even then, at least a week of rehab is likely needed.

All eyes will be on Bills practice this week to see if Kincaid plays against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers because the passing game, which was woeful in Miami, needs Dalton to help take down Todd Bowles' team in Week 11.
