It has been a few weeks since we've seen Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London on the football field.
London suffered a PCL injury in his knee in Week 11 and hasn't played since. London hasn't practiced, either, and sat out all of last week.
After missing three straight games, will the Falcons get London back in Week 15 for the game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday night?
Here's what we know.
Will Drake London return in Week 15?
We can't say for sure as of this writing, but our guess is London has a better chance to sit out than not.
On Monday, Falcons head coach Raheem Morris continued to label London as day to day, but London also did not take part in practice on the team's estimated injury report.
"Drake is still day-to-day," Morris said to reporters.
If you want a glass-half-full outlook for London, the Falcons did not place him on injured reserve, which means they anticipated him not sitting out more than three games, something he has now done.
One thing working against London is he has a short week because the Falcons play on Thursday night against the Buccaneers.
With the Falcons already eliminated from postseason contention, they have no reason to rush London back and get him on the field at less than 100%, so that should factor into the equation here.
Fantasy football owners should also be concerned about the team possibly shutting its star wide receiver down for the rest of the season to protect him from another injury given the circumstances of Atlanta's dead playoff hopes.
The Falcons will release two more injury reports ahead of the game versus Tampa Bay, one on Tuesday and another on Wednesday. Any semblance of practice participation would be a good sign for London.
We should know for sure by Wednesday if London is playing in Week 15 or not.
