There's a Romo in the NFL, and not Tony.
His name is Parker, and he's the newest member of the Atlanta Falcons.
The Falcons signed Parker Romo on Tuesday, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
This Romo isn't a QB, but rather a kicker. Atlanta brought him in after Younghoe Koo missed a game-tying field goal attempt on Sunday against the Buccaneers.
There's now a competition for this new Romo to stick around.

Are the Falcons cutting Younghoe Koo?
No such decision has been made yet to cut Younghoe Koo.
After Sunday's loss, Falcons coach Raheem Morris suggested that Atlanta would bring in competition, and that's what Romo is.
Last season, Romo had a stint with the Minnesota Vikings in which he made 11-of-12 field goals, so he can get the job done.
Koo has been the Falcons' kicker since 2019. He actually made his first try at the game-tying kick, but the Bucs had used a timeout just before the snap to ice him, and on his second try, he missed wide right.
He had his worst NFL season last year, making only 73.5% of his field goal attempts. Koo had never been below 86% for a season before that.
