Oklahoma is playing itself into the College Football Playoff. It's still early, but the Sooners are 4-0 and have defeated No. 15 Michigan and No. 22 Auburn.

In the other two matchups, Oklahoma crushed Illinois State and Temple, allowing just three points from both teams. Week 6 could look similarly as the Sooners host Kent State.

The Golden Flashes put together a challenging schedule, and it's resulted in some harsh losses. They faced No. 24 Texas Tech and No. 7 Florida State, both on the road, and allowed 60-plus points in the losses.

Oklahoma is the highest-ranked team that Kent State has played this season. It could help the Golden Flashes compete in the MAC, although they've already lost one conference game.
