With ACC play looming, Bill Belichick and North Carolina will hit the road for a non-conference matchup against UCF on Saturday afternoon.
The Tar Heels (2-1) have rebounded with back-to-back victories over Charlotte and Richmond after a brutal loss to TCU. In a recent demolition of Richmond, freshman running back Demon June played the best game of his young career, rushing for 148 yards and one touchdown on just 14 carries.
The competition will increase against the Knights (2-0), who haven't played since Sept. 6. Quarterback Tayven Jackson will lead the offense after throwing for 471 yards and two touchdowns in wins against Jacksonville State and North Carolina A&T.
