The Syracuse Orange football program is coming off a massive upset win at Clemson.
Head coach Fran Brown is trying to keep the momentum going on the recruiting trail.
The Orange's latest offer is to a 6-foot-9, 350-pound sophomore.
Iona Prep, a New York high school, shared on X that their Class of 2028 offensive lineman Dilen Mulaj was offered by the Orange. It's the first Division I offer for Mulaj.
Congratulations to 2028 OL Dilen Mulaj on his 1st D1 offer from @CuseFootball. Dilen is a 6’9 350 Sophomore 2-sport 🏈🏀athlete (pictured below) with a very bright future. @PrepRedzoneNY @PRZcory @jared_valluzzi @prospectnys @NYCHSFL @lohudsports @hoopsmbd @KDJmedia1 @Joespags12 pic.twitter.com/7peib6SrQw

Mulaj also plays basketball for Iona Prep, a Catholic school in New Rochelle.
It surely won't be the last D-I offer for Mulaj. Usually when a recruit, especially with this size, picks up one offer, more start to roll in pretty quickly.
But recruits often value the coaches who showed them love first, and it's SU's staff that gave Mulaj his first offer.
Maybe in a few years, he'll be bringing his sizable frame to the JMA Wireless Dome.
