For the first time since 2021, the South Atlantic Conference will not have divisions.
The SAC has eliminated the Mountain and Piedmont divisions, so the 10 teams in the conference will cross paths during the 2025 season. The SAC has also removed the conference title game now that there will be no division winners.
Lenoir-Rhyne, Wingate and Carson-Newman are among the contenders hoping to build off successful 2024 runs and find similar success under the new conference format.
