Week 4 was not carnage for the nation's best teams, but that doesn't mean the updated rankings won't come with some form of a shakeup.

Clemson might have suffered the highest-profile loss on Saturday, dropping to 1-3, while Oklahoma State attracted headlines for the wrong seasons with an upset loss to Tulsa, but Illinois, Utah and Auburn were all ranked teams that fell against ranked opponents to open conference play.

The Illini could take a massive tumble after a 63-10 bludgeoning at the hands of Indiana, while the Utes are set to slide after a disappointing offensive showing at home against Texas Tech.

Michigan, meanwhile, is poised to rise after a statement road win at Nebraska, while Oklahoma could take Illinois' spot in the top 10 after registering 10 sacks against Auburn and old friend Jackson Arnold. Notre Dame, controversially ranked after an 0-2 start, had some defensive lapses against Purdue but figures to remain in the top 25 after hanging 56 points on the Boilermakers.

Here's a look at the updated college football rankings for Week 5, including both the Coaches Poll and AP Top 25.
