Dan Hurley's Huskies suffered their first loss of the season against Arizona on Nov. 19, but they quickly recovered with four straight victories. UConn has been tested early and often in non-conference play, securing impressive ranked wins over BYU, Illinois and Kansas.
Florida, which beat UConn in the second round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament on the way to the title, has dropped two of its last three games. A victory over a top-five opponent would put the Gators back on the right track, though, as they look to build momentum before diving into their SEC schedule.
