Old rivals Kansas State and Missouri are set to rekindle their hardwood history, kicking off a home-and-home exhibition series on Friday that will stretch over the next two seasons.
These former conference foes have quite the history, squaring off a staggering 237 times since 1907. Through all the conference shuffles—from the Missouri Valley to the Big 12—Kansas State holds a slim 121–116 edge in the all-time series.
It’s been a minute since their last meeting, which came in 2018 at the Paradise Jam, where K-State ran away with an 82–67 victory.
As for Missouri, the Tigers are coming off a solid campaign that saw them notch 22 wins and finish tied for sixth in the SEC with a 10–8 conference record. Their season, however, ended on a sour note with an early exit in the NCAA Tournament at the hands of Drake.
