What is Starry Range?

Replacing the "DEW Zone," which featured in the 3-Point Contest for the previous three years, the Starry Zone will provide the ultimate test of long-range shooting.

A player may shoot a maximum of two Wilson Starry basketballs from a distance of 29 feet and nine inches, which is six feet beyond the regulation 3-point line.

Each Starry Range basket is worth three points apiece, bringing the perfect score for each round to 40.
