As the preseason continues, so do international matchups. The Knicks and 76ers played in Abu Dhabi recently, but now it's time for the other New York club.
The Nets will play a two-game set against the Suns in Macao, China. This will be the first time NBA teams play in China since 2019. Both squads already made their preseason debuts with victories. The Nets defeated Hapoel Jerusalem, while the Suns took down the Lakers.
Phoenix made a major move in the offseason, trading Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets for a package revolving around Jalen Green. Devin Booker remains the focal point of the offense, but the team is structurally different following last year's disappointing record.
Brooklyn is likely in for another rebuilding year. It drafted five players in the first round of the 2025 NBA Draft. Additionally, the team will be incorporating Michael Porter Jr. into the offense.
