The Suns and Clippers each enter Game 3 with a question mark.

In addition to Cameron Payne, who has yet to play in the first-round series due to low back soreness, Chris Paul underwent an X-ray on his right hand following Game 2. For the Clippers, it's still unknown when Paul George will return from the right knee sprain he's been sidelined with since late March.

The Clippers defeated the Suns in Game 1 without George thanks to a big night from Kawhi Leonard, who finished with 38 points, five rebounds and five assists. The Suns got revenge in Game 2 to tie the series up, led by 38 points and nine assists from Devin Booker.

Will Paul and George be available for Game 3? Here's the latest on their status.

Paul is not listed on Phoenix's injury report, clearing the way for him to play in Game 3.

The Clippers have ruled George out and are reportedly preparing to be without him for the whole series.

The Clippers will reportedly be without Leonard as well in Game 3 due to a knee sprain.
