The New York Knicks may have the perfect path to landing one of Duke's outgoing college stars.

It'd be a great fit for the contenders, too, given the experience they'd be bringing in.

The link is to Tyrese Proctor, the sharpshooting guard from Sydney, Australia.

Proctor was one of nine NBA Draft prospects to sign with CAA in news announced on Friday.

Knicks owner Leon Rose used to be a CAA agent.

Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, OG Anunoby and Josh Hart are all CAA clients, too.

Proctor played three seasons at Duke, getting progressively better in each one.

In 2024-25, Proctor averaged 12.4 points and 2.2 assists per game.

His most NBA-ready skill is as a shooter. He made 40.5 percent of his 3-point shots on nearly six attempts per game.

The Knicks would have to make a move up the board to get Proctor, given that they currently only hold the No. 50 pick. But he'd be worth it if they can swing that kind of a deal.
