As the world revolves around Giannis Antetokounmpo and what the Milwaukee Bucks do with their star player, the organization is making other moves.

On Monday night, Milwaukee agreed to a two-year deal worth $7.1 million with veteran forward Taurean Prince. The 31-year-old had one of the top 3-point shooting seasons in the NBA last year, making nearly 44 percent of his triples.

Prince's ability to stretch the floor helps Antetokounmpo, who remains in limbo as far as what the Bucks do moving forward.

The 6-foot-6 Prince was drafted in the first round at pick No. 12 back in 2016 by the Utah Jazz after playing his college basketball at Baylor. Prince was traded to the Atlanta Hawks where he played his first three seasons.

Stops with the Brooklyn Nets, Cleveland Cavs, Minnesota Timberwolves and Los Angeles Lakers followed before landing in Milwaukee. Prince had his best season since 2017-18, playing in 80 games while making 73 starts.

He averaged 8.2 points per game with nearly four rebounds, two assists and a steal. For his career, Prince is averaging almost 10 points per game, shooting 43 percent from the field.

Shortly after news broke of the Prince move, the Bucks added another piece back by resigning Gary Trent Jr.

Last year, Trent shot 42 percent from the 3-point line. The 26-year-old posted just over 11 points per game last season and has averaged almost 14 over stints with the Bucks, Portand Trail Blazers and Toronto Raptors.

Milwaukee gave Trent a two-year deal with $7.5 million plus a player option.
