The Los Angeles Lakers had an eventful offseason with three key additions.
On top of their new players, they also have LeBron James and Luka Dončić to lead the team.
However, their offseason doesn't have to be over yet. In fact, they could make a meaningful move proposed by Nick Halden of LA Sports Hub, where James reunites with his former teammate.
“(Kevin) Love is an NBA champion who understands what it means to deal with the pressures of playing under LeBron,” Halden said on September 10.
“Having this brings an incredible level of value, even if Love isn't able to contribute to the back of the rotation.”
“No question, if Love hits the market, the Lakers shouldn't hesitate to pounce on what is a perfect fit.”

Kevin Love won a championship with James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016, playing a vital part in their 3-1 comeback.
He has had a lengthy career in the league, winning the Most Improved Player award in his third year and averaging 16.2 points per game, along with 10 rebounds per game.
His nine-year stint in Cleveland alongside James and Kyrie Irving proved he can be an important piece to a championship team.
Right now, the Lakers' weakest point in their rotation would be their lack of centers, and Love won’t have much of a role with the Utah Jazz.
Besides Deandre Ayton, they would have to rely on Maxi Kleber and Jaxson Hayes.
Teaming Love back up with James and putting him alongside an elite playmaker in Dončić could be the perfect addition to creating a championship team.
