LeBron James and Stephen Curry are two of the biggest names in basketball.

They went head-to-head in four championships, competing at the highest level.

During that time, James had the opportunity to mentor a rookie who appeared in 61 games for the Cavaliers in 2017-2018, and Jack Simone of Blue Man Hoop believes he could be the Golden State Warriors' missing piece.

“Golden State’s team is utterly incomplete at the moment. With the (Jonathan) Kuminga situation in limbo, the Warriors haven’t been able to fill out their roster, with guys like Al Horford and De’Anthony Melton left waiting for their time to come,” Simone said Thursday. “That’s why adding (Cedi) Osman, who is still only 30 years old, could be an intriguing option for the Warriors to consider. His performance at EuroBasket has certainly given them something to think about.”

Cedi Osman was once a full-time starter for the Cavaliers, and once James left, he stepped into a role that led him to averaging 10+ points per game for four straight seasons.

His career has sort of fizzled out in the past couple of years, as he now plays for the San Antonio Spurs in a limited role.

However, his time with the Turkish national team proves that he still has some gas in the tank.

A jumper that allowed him to shoot 50% from three, as well as making timely cuts alongside Alperen Şengün, which should make you wonder if he could do the same with Draymond Green.

Osman could provide some much-needed shooting at the wing, since it isn’t exactly Jimmy Butler's forte.

It could seem like a small move, but Osman could move the needle just enough for the Dubs.
