The Detroit Pistons keep getting better.
This time, they're bringing home a former University of Michigan star.
Caris LeVert and the Pistons agreed to a two-year, $29 million contract on Monday night, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.
LeVert, now 30 years old, remains one of the best secondary bucket-getters in the NBA.
For his career, he has averaged 13.9 points per game.
LeVert is also a solid creator and initiator, with a career 4.0 assist per game average.

The 6-foot-6 wing started the 2024-25 season with the Cavs. He was moved at the trade deadline to Atlanta in the De'Andre Hunter swap.
LeVert began his NBA career with the Nets and has also played for the Pacers.
The one slight downside is LeVert's outside shooting. He's just a 34.5% 3-point shooter.
But the Pistons have creation and floor spacing up and down the roster, led by superstar Cade Cunningham.
Two seasons ago, Detroit won 16 games. Last season, they won 46.
Now, the Pistons are intent on continuing to get better.
