The Phoenix Suns are continuing their changes after trading Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets.

On Thursday afternoon, the Suns agreed to an NBA Draft pick trade with the Brooklyn Nets.

ESPN's Shams Charania reports that the Nets have sent the No. 36 pick (the sixth pick of the second round) to the Suns for two future second-round picks.

With the deal, Phoenix holds the 36th, 52nd and 59th picks on Thursday night, which begins at pick No. 31 after the first round was on Wednesday.

The Suns already made a trade during the first night of the draft, bringing in center Mark Williams from Charlotte.

They've been active this week, for sure.

The Nets seem to be making a bet that the future Suns will be rough and gift them a couple of picks very early in second rounds down the road.

This shouldn't be the last trade of the NBA Draft second day, that's for sure.
