Milwaukee Brewers' 23-year-old stud Jacob Misiorowski faced a lot of backlash after being selected for the 2025 MLB All-Star Game, but on a summer night in Atlanta, he knew he had something to prove.

Misiorowski made history last month when he was selected to represent the Brewers in Atlanta. "The Miz" had only spent 25 short innings on the mound before his All-Star game appearance. The young fire-throwing right-hander was selected as a replacement for his teammate Freddy Peralta, and was one-of-two Brewers representing in Atlanta.

Misiorowski took the mound under some real pressure on Tuesday night. The NL was holding a 6-4 lead after the AL side was mounting a comeback. The young phenom was put in a tough spot, and he delivered.

Misiorowski threw a total of 18 pitches Tuesday night, with half of those clocking in at over 100 MPH. He even admitted "he was trying to show off" with his changeup during a mid-game interview.

Misiorowski throws heat, and the MLB has learned that quickly. He topped out at 102 MPH on his fastball, and he threw a 98 MPH slider that had the NL dugout in a frenzy.

The Brewers will kick off the second half of the season out west at Dodger Stadium for a weekend series and will look to keep their stellar season rolling.
