They added to their pitching staff by signing Yariel Rodriquez just before spring training began. The Cuban star signed a five-year deal ahead of his first season in MLB. So far, he's shined. He already seems to be a solid addition to the mound, but that's not where the Blue Jays have worries.
They also grabbed former Dodger Justin Turner on a one-year deal. A two-time All-Star, Turner brings plenty of experience up north. That's just the thing. He's 39 years old, and as solid as he is, Turner likely isn't in it for the long run.
At the very least, fans can look forward to another human highlight reel in Vladimir Guerrero, Jr.

Grapefruit League games begin against the Phillies on Feb. 24. Spring training comes to a close on March 25 against the Pirates, but the Toronto will stay in Florida for its season opener against the Rays three days later.
